That is because Styling Dragon Pomade, like all Morrocco Method products, is chemical free. Our gentile pomade blend actually smooths and conditions hair while providing that sought after texture and shine. Tame hair of any type with Styling Dragon Pomade—curly or straight. To add shape with superior hold, wet your hands prior to application.

Directions: Apply a dime-size amount to wet hands. Rub hands together to liquify. Work evenly through hair as desired.

Ingredients:

Aqua (Water), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Beeswax, Lecithin, Glycerin, Borax, Bacopa Monniera (Brahmi Oil), Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot Kernel Oil), Nardostachys Jatamansi (Spikenard Oil), Tocotrienols (Natural Vitamin E), Salix Alba (White Willow) Bark Extract.

Consistency: Medium to thick cream, slightly waxy

Scent: Hard to pinpoint, but sort of like uncooked rice.

As you can see, this product is creamy, but thick.

I used this product on my hair for my twist-out mohawk. After moisturizing my hair, I used it to smooth my hair up for the mohawk. It did an amazing job of smoothing the hair flat against my head, with the help of a boar bristle brush. It also kept my hair very soft!

Spike-It Dragon Pomade

Price: $29 for 4oz

Claims: Get the bold style you want with the extra hold with Morrocco Method's Spike It Dragon Wax. This all natural Pomade helps you achieve the hair you want without having to worry about harming your hair with harsh chemicals. Your hair will not feel sticky or glue-like and the Spike it Dragon Wax is super easy to wash out at the end of the day, meaning your hair follicles will stay clog free. We encourage you to use this wax's extra powerful hold to create dramatic hairstyles like spikes or faux hawks.

Consistency: Very thick, almost solid, very waxy

Scent: Hard to pinpoint, but sort of like uncooked rice.

This product is much thicker and much waxier than the styling pomade. This pomade provides strong to extreme hold, which was just perfect for my mohawk!

 

After moisturizing my hair, I used the pomade to two-strand twist the sections of hair. It provided my hair with amazing lifting hold, as you can see after I unraveled and fluffed out the twists. I loved how my hair came out! Check out how I achieved this style here.

These pomades did their jobs! The Styling Dragon Pomade smoothed my hair well, making it look nice and neat while giving it a light hold, and the Spike-It Dragon Pomade gave my hair superior lifting hold for my mohawk! I loved how they performed on my hair and I will definitely continue to use them for smoothing styles and sculpted styles that need lots of hold!
